ONW Simple Contact Form
This plugin allows users to insert a contact form into their posts and/or pages using a simple shortcode. The plugin also features an admin menu to allow the user to do things like set the default recipient, or activate the fully integrated reCAPTCHA images in any forms inserted into posts/pages.
